This page may meet Wikipedia’s criteria for speedy deletion as an unused image or other media file that is a redundant copy, in the same WP:IUP, and at the same or lower quality/resolution, of [[:Image:{{{1}}}]], which is on Wikipedia, and all inward links have been updated. This is only to be used if the other image is on Wikipedia; if the duplicate is on Commons, use {{Db-i8}}. See CSD F1.

Speedy Deletion templates

This template is used to tag pages for speedy deletion under the speedy deletion criteria, specifically CSD F1. There is a separate template for each criterion – see the table to the right.

This template places the page in the categories Candidates for speedy deletion, and Redundant images for speedy deletion.

Usage


The template should be placed at the top of the page to be deleted.

Parameters

{{db-f1|ImageName}}

This is the most basic form of the template.

{{db-f1|bot=ExampleBot|ImageName}}

WP:BOT will specify the |bot= parameter to notify the reviewing admin that the page was tagged by an automated process.
